Every 4 weeks, your program evolves. We build each month on the previous one, focusing on progressive overload and intelligent programming that targets core lifts—such as the squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press.

Here’s how we do it:

  • Week 1: Establish movement quality, assess strength baseline, and introduce volume.

  • Week 2: Build intensity with structured overload and advanced movement cues.

  • Week 3: Peak with heavier sets and optimized rest to push your limits safely.

  • Week 4: Deload and recover—preparing your body to come back stronger the next cycle.

Then we adjust the plan based on your progress. No two months are the same. Every cycle is personalized to ensure you keep improving—without stalling or burning out.
